Accessibility * Strong understanding of digital accessibility principles and WCAG standards. * Experience designing inclusive digital experiences. * Familiarity with accessibility testing tools such as JAWS or similar technologies. Required Technical Skills * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Figma * Microsoft Office Suite * Mural * Experience using AI-powered design tools and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate ideation, research synthesis, content generation, and rapid design iteration * Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries * Familiarity with responsive, mobile-first, and accessible design best practices Preferred Qualifications * Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or customer-facing digital products. * Experience developing and maintaining design systems. * Knowledge of front-end development principles and developer handoff best practices. * Experience facilitating design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative ideation sessions. ## Description We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to drive user research, create intuitive digital experiences, and translate insights into high-fidelity designs.
