By collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders, the Director drives strategy prioritization, resource allocation, and performance measurement. The position fosters a culture of continuous learning, integrity, and operational excellence while supporting talent development and stakeholder engagement to achieve sustainable business results aligned with company goals. About the team: The team leads the development and execution of Walmart Marketplace's global channel partner strategy, driving scalable growth across international markets. It collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders in Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align strategic priorities and deliver
measurable business outcomes. Focused on strategic planning, change management, and process improvement, the team ensures consistent execution of initiatives that enhance partner adoption and marketplace expansion. This group values strong leadership, effective communication, and data-driven decision-making to support long-term business objectives and accelerate partner-led growth worldwide. What you'll do:
