The opportunity As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in helping our customers, partners, and distributors get the most out of our products. You will be the go-to person when technical challenges arise, combining your troubleshooting skills, product knowledge, and curiosity to investigate issues and find the right solution. A big part of your role will involve recreating customer issues, testing our products, and digging deep to understand what is causing the problem. You will work closely with colleagues across R&D, Product Management, Quality, and Sales to solve complex cases, and from time to time, take your expertise out into the real world to help customers solve challenges on site and get even more out of our products.
