## Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Lending Support Administrator to support a busy lending team. In this role you will handle paperwork, assist with managing customer files, review for missing docs and must be comfortable with making outbound customer calls., * Support the Lending Department with administrative and customer service tasks

 * Enter and maintain loan application data
 * Scan, upload, and organize loan documentation

Make outbound calls to applicants and customers regarding loan-related items

 * Respond to customer emails and phone inquiries
 * Provide backup support to the customer service team
