## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support statewide video network operations to enable secure, reliable telecommunication for public safety and inmate-facing services. You will work within the Information Technology Unit to manage DOC site systems and collaborate with government partners and telehealth initiatives. You will handle on-call incident response to outages and critical issues, and contribute to ongoing documentation and reporting. This role offers exposure to cross-agency projects and a chance to shape how video communications support mission-critical operations.
