## About the Role

* Experience in QA/Testing, with a strong understanding of Guidewire Policy Center and its modules.
 * Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 * Lead QA testing efforts for Guidewire Policy Center implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
 * Design and develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and system requirements.
 * Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
 * Strong knowledge in P&C Insurance domain.
 * Validate batch processes, billing rules, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
 * Defect logging, tracking, and coordination with development for resolution.
 * Mentor junior testers and coordinate testing activities in a distributed team setup.
 * Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA / ALM), automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git) for automated testing.
 * Knowledge of Guidewire Digital applications or Dev Connect.
 * Active Guidewire Analyst Certification.
