## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
 * At least 1 year of healthcare information technology, systems management implementation, or consulting working experience.
 * Written and verbal communication skills.
 * Decision making skills.
 * Flexibility.
 * Comfort with ambiguity.
 * Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Preferred

 * Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions.
 * Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long-term care, senior living, pharmacy, etc.).
 * Knowledge of pharmacy workflows, operations, and related healthcare technology solutions.
 * Experience working with pharmacy management systems, medication management processes, or pharmacy-focused healthcare environments.

Expectations

 * Potential travel 20% of the time as needed.
 * Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel.

## Description

Responsible for partnering with clients to configure, test, and optimize software solutions in pre-production and production environments. Collaborates with client stakeholders and project teams to support successful solution delivery, drive adoption, and improve operational outcomes across a variety of healthcare settings, including pharmacy-related workflows and services., * Prepare and perform system build, testing, and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology.

 * Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments.
 * Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies.
 * Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership.
 * Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues.
 * Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows, including pharmacy and medication-related operational processes when applicable.
 * Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives.
 * Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology.
