## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional experience building complex, production web s with a focus on frontend engineering
 * Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies - React, TypeScript, and state management patterns (e.g., Redux)
 * Obsess over user experience - You have an instinct for what makes a product feel magical, not just functional. You ship delightful, polished UX fast, and you're never satisfied with "good enough."
 * A genuine product mindset - you care deeply about why something is being built, not just how. You ask questions, push back on specs when needed, and think about the user first.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you can articulate tradeoffs clearly and work effectively with cross-functional partners

Should Have:

 * Pragmatic problem-solving - you understand the tradeoffs between different engineering approaches and value shipping over perfection
 * A strong design sensibility - you have opinions about spacing, typography, transitions, and interaction patterns. You notice when something feels off and you fix it.
 * Experience translating designs into high-fidelity, responsive, and accessible UI

Nice to Have:

 * Bonus points for experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company and/or exposure to customer support or communication space
