In this key leadership role, you will oversee the City's infrastructure and operations division, including cybersecurity, information systems, data center, network infrastructure, and help desk, while guiding technology strategy that supports operations across all departments. The position is responsible for managing IT staff, system implementations and upgrades, partnering in the development of long-term technology plans, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.
