This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys exploring data, identifying trends and opportunities, and using visualization techniques to tell compelling stories with data. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders across court administration to understand business questions, analyze data from multiple sources, and design intuitive dashboards and analytical solutions that support both operational and strategic decision-making. This position combines data analysis, visualization, SQL, and business intelligence skills. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, comfortable working with complex datasets, and skilled at translating analytical findings into visualizations that make information easier to understand and act upon., * Bachelor's degree in any information technology field; AND * Five or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, or a related field. * An equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training may be considered., * Demonstrated experience using Tableau to develop interactive dashboards and compelling visualizations. * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and complex datasets. * Experience performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights. * Experience gathering requirements and translating business questions into analytical and reporting solutions. * Understanding of data visualization principles, dashboard design, and reporting best practices. * Working knowledge of data modeling and the relationships between source data, analytical datasets, and reporting solutions. * A satisfactory criminal background check is required.
