 * Provide technical guidance and expertise in Java development best practices.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Ensure system resiliency, fault tolerance, low latency, and horizontal scalability for critical financial platforms.
 * Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
 * Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability.
 * Develop high-performance, multi-threaded server-side applications.
 * Integrate big data ecosystems with relational or cloud databases (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL, DB2).
 * Collaborate with global quantitative, risk, and trading technology teams in an Agile environment.
 * Optimize query performance, data structures, and algorithms for low-latency batch or real-time processing.
