Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Jasper Reports, Traffic Management Data Dictionary (TMDD), GraphQL, SOAP, or REST APIs. * Experience with Agile software development methodologies, configuration management, and change control processes. * Experience supporting complex, mission-critical environments operating 24x7x365. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. ## Description We are a leading provider of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) solutions that help agencies improve mobility, safety, and efficiency on our roadways. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Systems Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance Traffic Management Systems for clients across North America. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, providing operational support, troubleshooting complex system issues, and ensuring the reliability of critical transportation technology platforms.
