Preferred Qualifications * Experience with ServiceNow or another enterprise service management platform, including report and dashboard creation. * Familiarity with ITAM, HAM, SAM, or CMDB governance frameworks and policies. * Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth organization. * Exposure to regulated industries with audit and compliance requirements (e.g., NYDFS, SOX). * Experience contributing to process improvement, automation, or policy development initiatives., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field, or 3+ years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, IT operations, related governance, compliance, or analytical function, or equivalent demonstrated expertise., * Relevant professional certifications such as CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM, ITIL, or COBIT. * Experience presenting governance, compliance, or program insights to senior leadership. * Experience supporting global organizations with cross-regional asset and compliance complexity. #LI-CH1 Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership. ## Description Acrisure is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to join the Global IT Asset Management team in Grand Rapids, MI. Operating within the governance framework established by the Global IT Asset Manager, this role owns key outcomes across Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and CMDB, including data integrity, lifecycle execution, audit readiness, and reporting.
