This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism., * 2+ years of IT support experience in a professional or academic environment. * Experience troubleshooting both Mac and Windows systems including laptops, desktops, and common business applications. * Experience installing or supporting network connections and equipment such as routers, switches, or wireless access points. * Comfortable performing onsite technical work including troubleshooting, equipment installation, and meeting with clients. Limited use of a ladder and lifting of equipment up to 50lbs. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. * Comfortable working directly with clients and maintaining a professional presence in business environments. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the Atlanta metro area., * Experience supporting business IT environments. * Familiarity with network configuration and troubleshooting in real world environments. * Experience installing or supporting Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, or similar networking systems. * IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar. * Experience working directly with executives or leadership teams. ## Description We are looking for a Field IT Support Specialist to provide hands on technical support for clients across the Atlanta metro area.
