## Description

As a Vendor Management Data Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting strong partnerships across our national vendor network. You'll do this by ensuring our vendor network performs at the highest level. You'll monitor and report key performance metrics, analyze trends, and help maintain strong relationships. This role supports both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a task-oriented role with deadline-driven deliverables.

What you'll do

 * Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively monitor vendor performance across all states.

 + Capture, track, and analyze monthly data metrics for the entire vendor network.
 + Brainstorm the most efficient and accurate methods of capturing performance metrics
 * Spot the trends: Identify and escalate performance concerns - closely observe vendors who are struggling to meet SLAs and collaborate with management to implement improvement plans.
 * Collaborate: Contribute to process improvements by recommending data-driven insights to enhance vendor operations and customer outcomes.
 * Share vendor feedback and any actionable insights with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
