The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms., Some travel required, primarily within a 70-mile radius of Escanaba, Michigan. Valid driver's license, ability to drive, and ability to be insured with company carrier a necessity. ## Description The IT Systems & eBanking Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, security, monitoring, and support of the Bank's electronic banking systems and related technology environments. This position serves as a key technical resource for eBanking administration, identity and access management, security reporting, system support, and IT operations. The position provides backup support to the IT Officer and assists with the day-to-day management of the Bank's technology environment. The Administrator works closely with bank associates, management, core banking providers, eBanking vendors, and other third-party technology providers to ensure systems are secure, properly configured, available, and functioning effectively. The position also requires you to interact with customers on a timely basis based on eBanking needs and support.
