## About the Role

* DO-178 experience - REQUIRED
 * Strong experience testing and/or reviewing C/C++ code.
 * Software verification, validation, or testing experience.
 * Experience with SVN or similar configuration-management tools.
 * Ability to work within structured software development and verification processes.

Preferred Qualifications

 * OpenGL experience.
 * Experience with display systems, graphical interfaces, avionics displays, or similar systems.
 * Aerospace or safety-critical embedded software experience.

## Description

Seeking a Software Verification Engineer to test and verify C/C++ software used in display systems and ensure compliance with DO-178 standards. The position will focus on software testing, verification, documentation, and identifying issues within safety-critical software., * Test and verify C/C++ code used in display systems.

 * Ensure software meets applicable DO-178 requirements and verification standards.
 * Develop and execute software test procedures and test cases.
 * Analyze test results, identify defects, and support issue resolution.
 * Review software requirements, code, and verification documentation.
 * Utilize SVN for software configuration/version control.
 * Collaborate with software and systems engineering teams throughout verification activities.
 * Support traceability and documentation required for DO-178 compliance.
