## About the Role

They are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on solving complex accounting challenges, and has strong SAP and Excel experience. This individual will play a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and revenue/WIP accounting across multiple profit centers., * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).

 * Approximately 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
 * Hands-on experience with SAP
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
 * Strong background in account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close.
 * Experience with revenue recognition and WIP accounting.
 * Knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
 * Experience with CFIN, OneStream, or similar financial reporting tools is a plus.
 * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

## Description

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
 * Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
 * Manage revenue recognition and work-in-process (WIP) accounting across multiple profit centers.
 * Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
 * Support intercompany billing activities and financial analysis.
 * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support.
 * Analyze large data sets using advanced Excel functions to identify trends and improve reporting.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.
