Preferred Qualifications · Experience supporting Proxmox in a production or business environment. · Experience with multi-node Proxmox clusters. · Familiarity with Proxmox High Availability (HA). · Familiarity with Proxmox Backup Server (PBS). · Experience performing Proxmox upgrades or migrations. · Experience troubleshooting virtual machine and Linux performance issues. · Previous experience providing remote technical assistance to customers. · Ceph experience is a plus, You do not need to be an expert in every aspect of Proxmox. This role focuses on assisting customers with the installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of Proxmox environments. You will work directly with customers to understand technical issues, identify potential causes, and provide clear guidance toward resolution. The ideal candidate has practical experience with Proxmox, strong Linux troubleshooting skills, a commitment to learning and improvement, and a team-oriented focus.
