Data Engineering experience a major plus. * Has strong presentation and collaborative skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation /deliverables * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills * Experience with project management and/or software implementation process * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients and co-workers * Strong client management skills * Willingness to travel up to 50% (project dependent) ## Description * Health systems, academic medical centers, and other healthcare provider organizations are all trying to address a common enterprise problem: our data should be telling us more than it is, so what is in the way, and how can we develop a data-driven, AI-enabled approach to our mission? We go into an organization, map how data moves and where it stalls, quantify what the friction costs, and hand leadership a case for change they can act on and fund. * As a Senior Analyst you sit at the center of that work. You will support current-state analysis, build the value stream maps that make bottlenecks visible, size the gap between where a client is and where they need to be, and translate client needs into strategy roadmaps an executive committee can approve.
