Provide structured updates to executive leadership on progress, risks, decisions, and opportunities. * Program delivery - Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital asset initiatives across custody, trading, settlement, tokenization, payments, and wealth management. Establish governance, delivery cadences, and escalation protocols to keep workstreams on track and aligned to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. * Cross-functional leadership - Drive accountability across teams in Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance by resolving dependencies, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum across complex initiatives. * Business growth and partnerships - Support institutional client acquisition and relationship management, and lead the evaluation and onboarding of vendors and strategic partners. Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new digital asset products and services in line with CIBC's strategic direction. * Regulatory and risk oversight - Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners to support regulatory engagement and maintain strong oversight across digital asset activities.
