The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and modern application development, along with exposure to data engineering, ETL, streaming, and frontend technologies. The role requires strong coding skills, practical problem-solving ability, and the ability to clearly explain technical design and implementation decisions.
