 * VP/CTO conversational range and procurement-level tactical fluency

## Description

* MSP program experience (Beeline, Fieldglass, Ariba, Coupa)
 * Existing relationships with procurement, HR, or TA leaders at DFW enterprise accounts
 * Familiarity with offshore/nearshore delivery models
