This role leads multiple software engineering teams and plays a critical role in shaping technical strategy, driving execution excellence, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable software in a regulated healthcare environment. Reporting into the DVP of Engineering, the Director partners closely with Product Management, Systems Engineering, Validation & Verification, Cybersecurity, and Quality to translate business strategy into high-impact software outcomes. This is an opportunity to lead mission-critical platforms that serve as the backbone for nurse call, enterprise reporting, interoperability, and emerging SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
