The qualifications listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Associate degree in an IT-related field or A+ Certification. * Two years of work experience in administration, help desk, implementation, desktop support, and troubleshooting experience. * Basic Windows Server and Network Support * Operating Systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, Android IT Support: Tier I/II Support, Help Desk Support, Desktop Support, Remote Support, On Site Support Systems: PC Imaging, OS Installation, BIOS/UEFI Configuration, Driver Installation, Data Migration Microsoft: Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Basic Azure Exposure, Active Directory Support Security: BitLocker, Domain-Joined Systems, User Account Support, Security Policy Support Hardware: Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Mobile Devices, SSDs, RAM, Power Supplies, Displays Networking: Wi-Fi Troubleshooting, Network Connectivity, Shared Resources, Printer Connectivity Additional Qualifying Factors: As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening (post accepted offer) and have acceptable background check results.
