**Published:** August 28, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.dice.com/job-detail/aecbe220-b05a-4178-895a-99c507d55759 ## About the Role The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Security, and Integrations, with a primary focus on Quality Assurance, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing., * Strong hands-on Workday Testing / QA experience. * Experience with Workday HCM / Core HCM. * Experience testing Workday Payroll. * Experience testing Workday Benefits. * Experience with Workday Security Testing. * Strong Workday Business Process Testing experience. * Hands-on Workday Integration Testing experience. * Experience with Regression Testing and End-to-End Testing. * Strong knowledge of Functional Testing, System Testing, and UAT. * Experience creating Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts. * Experience with Defect Management and Defect Tracking. * Experience with Data Validation and Data Reconciliation. * Experience testing Workday releases and enhancements. * Understanding of EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and/or Workday Studio is highly preferred. * Understanding of Workday web services, integrations, APIs, or interfaces is preferred. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills., Candidates must be able to provide appropriate evidence of their current Workday certification for verification., The ideal candidate is someone who has: * Worked on Workday implementation or enhancement projects. * Personally executed Workday QA/testing activities. * Tested complete HCM Business Process Integration Payroll workflows. * Experience identifying and troubleshooting real Workday defects. * Strong understanding of Workday functional processes from a testing perspective. * Strong communication and documentation skills. * Ability to work onsite as required. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Workday Tester / Workday QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience testing Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, and business processes., * Develop comprehensive Workday test strategies and test plans. * Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and expected results. * Execute functional testing across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Security, and Business Processes. * Perform Workday integration testing between Workday and external systems. * Validate inbound and outbound integration data, files, interfaces, processing results, and error handling. * Perform data validation and reconciliation between Workday and downstream/upstream systems. * Execute regression testing following Workday configuration changes, enhancements, and releases. * Perform end-to-end testing across complete Workday business processes. * Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution. * Support UAT and business validation activities. * Validate Workday security through positive and negative testing. * Support Workday release testing and assess potential impacts to existing functionality. * Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status, risks, and defects. * Collaborate with Workday functional consultants, integration teams, developers, business users, and other QA resources., Workday Tester, Workday QA, Workday QA Engineer, Workday Test Engineer, Workday Testing, Workday HCM, Core HCM, Workday Payroll, Workday Benefits, Workday Security, Workday Business Processes, Workday Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, UAT, Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Execution, Defect Management, Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, Workday Release Testing, EIB, Workday Studio, Workday Certification Submission Requirements ## Related Videos -
