The resource will be responsible for backend configuration, maintenance, security, troubleshooting, and support of workstation and endpoint security applications. This role will work closely with infrastructure, security, help desk, and technology teams to implement and maintain enterprise endpoint services., Endpoint Engineering & Administration * Administer and support Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Apple Enterprise Services, and Apple Business Manager (ABM). * Plan detailed technical requirements for new and changing infrastructure services. * Build and prepare application/packages for automated deployment and self-service. * Build, test, and pilot new or updated endpoint services. * Provide senior-level technical troubleshooting and incident/problem resolution for endpoint service platforms. * Review ServiceNow tickets related to Jamf/Mac environments and provide timely updates and resolution. * Create solution and support documentation for the Global Help Desk and end-user support teams. Security & Technology Partnerships * Manage endpoint security frameworks and practices across desktop services. * Work with integrated security technologies such as Zscaler, antivirus/endpoint security solutions, and related platforms. * Maintain the appropriate balance between endpoint security and usability. * Collaborate with security teams to adjust and implement appropriate endpoint policies. * Partner with technology and portfolio owners on enterprise technology implementation initiatives.
