Preferred Qualifications

 * Accessibility Standards: Frontend web development focused on WCAG 2.1+ compliance.
 * Testing & Tools: 4+ years with JUnit and Apache Tiles.
 * Enterprise Reporting: 4+ years with Jasper Reports or similar reporting engines.

## Description

* Full-Stack Development: Build, test, and deploy complex backend enterprise Java services and frontend interfaces for MDOT applications.
 * Frontend Engineering: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to build modular, responsive components using React.js while ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
 * Backend Architecture: Write high-performance Java code using Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, and JBoss Enterprise Server.
 * Database & Reporting: Develop database scripts, stored procedures, and integrations using Oracle 12C/19C, and generate enterprise reporting using tools like Jasper Reports.
 * Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, unit testing (JUnit), and continuous development workflows.
