 * Strong experience working with structured and semi-structured data formats (e.g., JSON)
 * Proven ability to configure and deploy new Informatica environments, * Experience with data migration projects in cloud environments
 * Familiarity with AWS infrastructure
 * Working knowledge of Salesforce platform and data models
 * Experience migrating data from legacy systems (Mainframe, Oracle), * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and mentor team members
 * Experience working in secure, compliance-driven environments

## Description

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Informatica ETL and administration, along with the ability to mentor team members and establish best practices for ongoing data operations., * Lead the setup, configuration, and administration of a new Informatica environment

 * Design and implement ETL workflows to support data migration and integration efforts
 * Migrate Soldier data from legacy systems (Mainframe/Oracle-based ARISS system) into Salesforce
 * Work with JSON-based data inputs from source systems to transform and load into target platforms
 * Collaborate with the data team to support a mobile-first Salesforce recruiting solution
 * Provide hands-on training and mentorship to 2-3 team members on Informatica configuration and best practices
 * Ensure data integrity, quality, and performance optimization across all ETL processes
 * Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and system issues
