 * Experience with assembly operations including, but not limited to: torquing, bonding, cutting, filing, bending and laser welding.
 * Experience with lab equipment including, but not limited to: precision weight scales, graduated cylinders, and calipers/micrometers.
 * Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel.

## Description

EBAD seeks a skilled technician for the position of Energetics Technician, reporting to the Production Supervisor. The position is located in Simsbury, CT., The Energetics Technician will perform a variety of tasks to build and package energetic devices in support of the Energetics Assembly Value Stream., * Adherence to all safety standards and work instructions.

 * Perform assembly and inspection operations in accordance with detailed manufacturing instructions, product drawings and quality plans.
 * Perform coreload analysis on energetic materials.
 * Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and documentation.
 * Assist engineers in manufacturing process development activities under direction of the engineer's written instructions.
 * Support inventory maintenance of component parts and materials.
 * Setup and maintain work cells in accordance with 6S principles.
 * Provide feedback to engineers and supervisor for improvements.
