Experience supporting Capsa, JACO, and Ergotron medical carts/workstations is highly preferred., * Minimum 2 years of Technical Support / Desktop Support experience. * Previous experience working with Cerner EMR. * Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and testing computers and peripherals. * Experience with HP and/or Lenovo endpoints. * Experience deploying and supporting Windows 10 operating system images. * Experience troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity. * Ability to install and troubleshoot monitors, barcode scanners, RFID badge readers, keyboards, mice, and related peripherals. * Ability to work 100% on-site in Stony Brook, NY. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to kneel, squat, work underneath desks, and climb a ladder when required. * Ability to provide and use basic tools required to assemble carts and computer equipment. * Ability to meet hospital immunization and credentialing requirements.
