Soft Skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong stakeholder management capabilities. * Ability to lead discussions with both technical and business teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. * Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring abilities. ## Description We are seeking an experienced SAP IMWM Principal Consultant to support SAP implementation, migration, business process transformation, and ongoing business support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process gaps, design SAP solutions, and lead implementation activities. The consultant will play a key role in aligning site-level business processes with global SAP templates and standards while supporting change management, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
