 * Experience with Power BI dashboards, data visualization tools, and RAID log governance.
 * Experience in public sector procurement processes, vendor oversight, SOW creation, and change management.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

## Description

* Direct end-to-end project execution, monitoring scope, master schedules, resource allocations, and operational budgets.
 * Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, journey mapping sessions, and data flow modeling with cross-functional teams.
 * Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
 * Build interactive Power BI status dashboards, executive project summaries, and active RAID governance logs.
 * Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover execution plans, and organizational change management strategies.
 * Oversee vendor contract deliverables, Statement of Work (SOW) compliance, and public sector procurement documents.
 * Partner with architecture, infrastructure, security, and data teams to align technical solutions with enterprise standards.
