* Minimum of 7 years of applicable development experience
 * Technology development experience using Core Java, J2EE, and Java 17
 * Deep experience in SpringBoot, Microservices, and RestAPI
 * Expertise in containerization
 * Strong SQL skills, preferably on Oracle and SQL servers
 * Proficiency in multithreading, Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, and SonarQube
 * Agile Development proficiency and leadership experience
 * Excellent communication and strong analytical abilities

 * Prior experience in the banking industry

## Description

As a senior member of the technical team, this role involves developing, enhancing, testing, and debugging software applications. The ideal candidate will provide strategic technical direction, utilize in-depth knowledge of technological alternatives, and lead effort estimations for software applications. Key technologies include Java 17, SpringBoot, Microservices, and containerization., * Develop, enhance, test, support, maintain, and debug software applications that support business units or support functions

 * Provide strategic technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives
 * Utilize in-depth knowledge of technological alternatives and business system requirements to recommend innovations
 * Lead or take responsibility for the estimation of effort for software applications
 * Coordinate collaboration with external programming teams to deliver software on time and within budget
 * Provide feedback and technical guidance to project managers on issues of critical importance
