## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Integrations Engineering, Professional Services, Implementation Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
 * Proven success leading enterprise SaaS implementations from discovery through production deployment.
 * Strong API integration expertise, including REST APIs, OpenAPI, JSON, SDKs, Postman, and technical troubleshooting.
 * Ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions while effectively managing technical and business stakeholders.
 * Experience serving as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the on-boarding and implementation lifecycle.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations, balancing timelines, risks, priorities, and customer expectations.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
 * Experience creating implementation documentation, integration playbooks, and repeatable on-boarding best practices.
 * Leadership experience in a player-coach environment, mentoring team members while remaining hands-on with customer engagements.
 * Fintech, payments, fraud, identity, compliance, AML, risk, or other regulated technology experience strongly preferred.
 * Thrives in high-growth SaaS environments and enjoys building scalable processes, improving customer outcomes, and driving operational excellence.

## Description

* Lead customer implementations from kickoff through production deployment
 * Serve as primary technical contact during on-boarding and integration
 * Guide customers through API, SDK, and platform integrations
 * Gather technical and business requirements
 * Design scalable implementation solutions
 * Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
 * Partner with Product and Engineering teams on complex technical issues
 * Develop implementation documentation and integration best practices
 * Provide customer feedback to internal teams
 * Mentor and support implementation/integration team members
 * Help establish scalable on-boarding processes and implementation standards
