Preferred Skills: * Project management experience beyond Scrum facilitation, including governance documentation such as playbooks, RACI, and checkpoints. * High credibility with executives and business partners with demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results. * Strong analytical and presentation skills with management-ready communications. * Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM. * Experience with PI preparation in SAFe environments and broader exposure to Agile frameworks, including Kanban and XP practices. ## Description We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team supporting OCP, Pega, and EDAP scrum teams. The role includes core Scrum leadership and delivery, along with project and release management responsibilities.
