## Description

We are seeking a VP of Technology to join our investment firm in Atlanta. This is a high-impact, player-coach role where you will partner directly with portfolio CTOs to sharpen execution, scale engineering culture, and drive measurable business impact., * CTO Enablement: Serve as a trusted advisor on org design, P&L management, and strategic roadmaps.

 * Engineering Excellence: Benchmark and elevate delivery using DORA metrics, CI CD maturity, and rigorous QA automation.
 * Cloud and Security: Optimize infrastructure for scale and cost while ensuring SOC 2 and GDPR readiness.
 * M and A Integration: Lead post-acquisition tech alignment and advise on global distributed team models.
