This role offers the opportunity to improve developer productivity, release safety, and operational confidence while helping define the future of AI-assisted software delivery., Lead the design, implementation, and operation of core Merino platform capabilities for OCI-scale CI/CD and change workflow orchestration. Own architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, operational readiness, and production support. Drive improvements to workflow reliability, deployment safety, scalability, observability, and developer experience. Design systems integrating build, release bundle, change management, approval, rollback, and deployment workflows. Break down ambiguous platform problems into durable engineering solutions. Set high standards for code quality, system design, operational excellence, and maintainability. Use production signals and customer feedback to prioritize platform improvements.
