Experience: * Ruby on Rails: 2 years (Preferred) ## Description We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help take a complex, multi-module platform from "working" to enterprise-grade. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, unblock, and scale role. You'll join a tight, high-performing team and immediately contribute to expanding and hardening multiple core modules. The work requires someone who can move fast, make decisions without hand-holding, and use modern tools (including AI) to accelerate execution. What You'll Do * Own and ship features across a large, multi-module platform * Take existing systems and scale them to enterprise-level reliability and performance * Move quickly from idea * implementation, even when requirements are incomplete * Unblock yourself without waiting on product, design, or other teams * Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and leadership in a highly interactive remote environment * Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term system design * Use AI tools to accelerate development and problem solving, Experience with any of the following is a strong plus: * Computer vision * OpenCV * Trimesh * 3D / imaging / spatial data systems These aren't required for this role, but may open opportunities to work on additional projects as the team grows.
