Skill in: * SQL query. * Basic networking. * Use of Microsoft Office Applications. Ability in/to: * Analyze and solve problems. * Supervise, motivate, and evaluate subordinate employees. * Learn new technologies and assimilate new information quickly. * Coordinate and participate in system analysis, design, and programming. * Accurately identify and evaluate client software needs and requirements. * Develop and deliver clear, concise reports. * Produce technical reports and training documentation. * Resolve problems and pay attention to detail. * Present ideas and recommendations in a clear and concise manner written and orally. * Work independently with minimal supervision. * Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. * Interact and collaborate professionally with co-workers, users, vendors, and management. * Experience in supervising employees required. * Experience with CAD file management, SQL query experience. * Experience with methods and techniques of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. * Experience with principles and methods of system testing methodologies. * Graduation from high school or equivalent. Additional Considerations * Experience working as a VSP Dispatcher and/or VSP CAD Systems Tech preferred. * Training or experience in Computer Science, Information System Management, or related technical field highly preferred.
