## About the Role

Candidate must demonstrate the level of Veeva Vault PromoMats architecture leadership and enterprise solution ownership required for this position.

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Veeva Technical Architect - Veeva PromoMats to lead the architecture, design, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise-scale Veeva Vault PromoMats solutions for global Life Sciences organizations.

This role requires deep expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats, strong enterprise architecture capabilities, regulatory understanding within pharmaceutical/biotech environments, and the ability to lead complex digital content and medical/legal/regulatory (MR) review ecosystems. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority across business stakeholders, delivery teams, validation teams, and integration partners.

The candidate must be comfortable operating in a client-facing environment, driving technical strategy, governing best practices, and delivering scalable, compliant, and high-performing PromoMats solutions.

## Description

* Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
 * Lead end-to-end architecture and technical solutioning for Veeva Vault PromoMats implementations, enhancements, migrations, and support initiatives.
 * Design scalable, compliant, and high-performance PromoMats solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
 * Define enterprise architecture standards, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and implementation best practices.
 * Serve as the primary technical advisor for PromoMats capabilities including:
 * Digital Asset Management (DAM)
 * MLR Review Process
 * Claims Management
 * Content Lifecycle Management
 * Modular Content
 * Renditions and Distribution
 * eTF/Quality integrations where applicable Architect multi-country and global deployment strategies for promotional content management.
 * Veeva Vault Configuration & Development
 * Lead advanced configuration activities within Veeva Vault.
