What Would Be Nice To Have: * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification. * SAFe certification or hands-on experience applying SAFe practices in a delivery environment. * Experience supporting federal government, public sector, or regulated industry programs. * Experience using Jira, DevOps, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools to manage backlogs, sprints, and reporting.
