Education and/or Experience

 * BA degree in Computer Sciences required.
 * At least 2 years of IT support experience.

Skills and Abilities

 * Strong knowledge of business office applications and systems.
 * Knowledge of report writing applications, including Crystal Reports, etc.
 * Must have communication skills and keen attention to detail.
 * Ability to translate non-technical needs communication into technical development capabilities.
 * Excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal skills.
 * Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
 * Knowledge of wireless technology applications and interface availability.
 * Working knowledge of Palm OS, Windows CE, and Blackberry capabilities and support.
 * Proficiency in Windows XP support.
 * Proficiency in Novell network and Windows NT support.
 * Extreme proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

## Description

* Support IT application needs for all staff.
 * Development of protocols for staff technology usage.
 * Function as a liaison with IT Department regarding network support issues.
 * Function as a liaison with Legends Global IT Department regarding corporate applications and systems issues.
 * Report creation and writing for business analysis purposes.
 * Assistance in development of marketing and business presentation technology-related projects.
 * Training and support for Microsoft Office usage by staff.
 * Identification and implementation of other software applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
 * Identification and implementation of hardware opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
 * Troubleshooting of application and network problems.
 * All other duties as assigned, Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
