The IT department furthers the mission of BGEA through supporting, developing, scaling, and securing the assets, infrastructure, and programs required by all areas of the ministry while maintaining and ensuring their availability. Job Summary - The Library Systems Specialist is responsible for providing technical, audio, video, lighting, and automation support for public-facing and internal systems. Duties include daily start-up and hand-off inspections for exhibits, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, and engaging vendors as needed. Works in conjunction with Service Desk and Operations team members to provide technical support for all users with special emphasis on Library staff.
