Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Four (4) years of additional experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

## Description

* Work within an agile environment to design, write, and test Object Oriented software (SW) components/applications through the entire software lifecycle
 * Analyze and report on all software, hardware, and communication issues and problems related to maintaining and supporting the People Tools /Oracle platform in the Project Status Summaries, including descriptions of the problem(s), solution(s), and course(s) of action taken.
 * Maintain and modify software only in response to required fix actions.
 * Provide system operation, system administration, system configuration, system upgrades, communication problems, and system problems that arise within the Peopletools/Oracle Platform.
 * Provide online end user help provided either in a module running on the user's PC or in web pages
