## Description

* Administer, maintain, and support Deltek Costpoint ERP, Time & Expense, Cognos, and Cobra environments.
 * Provide L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
 * Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Costpoint applications.
 * Support ETL processes, integrations, APIs, and data migrations.
 * Manage SSO, SSL certificates, application security, and infrastructure support while working with business users and vendors.
