It requires strong knowledge of software development practices, including the development of web-based interfaces to scientific applications. It also requires working closely with other scientific developers, lab, and data scientists to develop data management and analysis systems to improve biotherapeutic development. As a DataOps Manager, this role involves the monitoring and troubleshooting of data pipelines and platforms to ensure uptime, performance, and correctness. It includes the management and triage of user feedback and bug reports, forwarding them to the appropriate functional teams. Additionally, this role oversees user adoption, training development, and coordinates internal client communication. Strong communication and collaboration skills, a desire to learn new scientific concepts and domains, and an ability to work directly with scientific staff across multiple disciplines are also required.
