Preferred Qualifications * Active Directory administration experience. * Experience supporting macOS and JAMF. * Knowledge of BitLocker encryption. * Experience with CrowdStrike endpoint security. * Familiarity with PKI, LDAP, and ADFS. * Networking knowledge including VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and TCP/IP. * CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or other relevant IT certifications. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support in a large enterprise environment.
