This role requires strong project management, technical aptitude, and communication skills to successfully onboard clients and deliver exceptional service., Required * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * 3-5 years of experience in financial technology, software implementations, or client-facing technical support. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. * Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies . * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred * Experience with an OMS, EMS, or PMS platform. * Working knowledge of the FIX Protocol. * Experience with Java and/or Python. * Understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and the investment management industry.
