## About the Role

* Previous experience in industrial maintenance, field service, technical support, automation, or manufacturing.
 * Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
 * Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
 * Experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, VFDs, pneumatics, and industrial control systems is preferred.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused approach.
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or ERP systems is beneficial., * Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)

## Description

A leading manufacturer of commercial foodservice equipment is seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative to join its customer support team. This role serves as the primary technical contact for customers, distributors, and service technicians, providing troubleshooting assistance, product support, and guidance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a maintenance, controls, or industrial equipment background who enjoys solving technical problems while working in an office-based customer support environment., * Provide technical troubleshooting support via phone and email for commercial foodservice equipment.

 * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues remotely.
 * Assist customers and field service technicians with equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs.
 * Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and service manuals.
 * Support troubleshooting of motors, sensors, relays, switches, PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, and HMI interfaces.
 * Document customer interactions, service cases, and resolutions within the CRM system.
 * Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Parts, and Field Service teams to resolve complex technical issues.
 * Recommend replacement parts and assist with warranty-related technical enquiries.
 * Help identify recurring equipment issues and provide feedback to support continuous product improvement.
